Job Description

    Urgent requirement for Cloud Apps Trainer.Experience : 6-10 Yrs- Responsible for training multiple batches parallelly in cloud based application development areas with real world scenarios and use cases.- Good listener, approachable and employs ways for better and effective trainee engagement.- Impart knowledge on application development methodologies & best practices.- Understand the challenges experienced by trainees and employ ways to remove learning roadblocks.- Good enthusiasm for teaching and the passion to keep the training sessions and training materials of top quality.- Self Starter to Upskill, Collaborate, research and do continuous learning to sharpen his/her training skills.- Measure the progress, generate and report metrics of the trainee learning journey.- Support organization in devising ways to shorten and simplify the learning curve.Skillset : - 6 - 10 years of cloud based application design & development experience- 2 - 3 years of experience as a trainer. - Hands-on experience on cloud technology (AWS/Azure/GCP), good to have knowledge of more than one cloud provider.- Hands-on experience in JAVA/J2EE-based frameworks, Relational & NoSQL databases and CI/CD pipelines.- Experience in design & development of cloud solutions to address scalability, performance, security, availability, cost transformation requirements- Hands on experience with design & cloud architecture patterns.- Good knowledge of cloud security, cost optimization, delivery, operations.- Good to have infrastructure background and application knowledge.- Good Knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Storage.- AWS/Azure/GCP Developer and/or Architect certification will be an added advantage.- Must have at least 2 - 3 years experience in delivering cloud training to corporate learners.- Excellent written, verbal communication skills, presentation and collaboration skills.- Ability to monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training, assessment and outcomes of courses delivered.- Proficient in technology consulting, training, and development- Passion to pick up recent technologies,
