Job Description

Image Management Lead Resource will be responsible for managing Desktop Engineering, Enterprise IT Infrastructure Management Services and Solutions. Extensive experience in Desktop Management, Operating System Deployment, Image Creation, Image Testing application/Drivers Integration, deployment and distribution using SCCM. Work location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Vizag, Bangalore Please note that, the candidates must be willing to work in shifts for USA and Europe regions. Exp- 7-12 Yrs The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include: Windows operating System Deployments (Windows 10 and 11) and OS Deployment troubleshooting Create and maintain global images on OSD system (drivers, task sequences) Managing task sequences and OS images Creating offline and bootable media Working with the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) to automate desktop deployments and to standardize images. Proficient in maintaining workstation OS security (Windows 10/11) and image hardening methodologies. Proficient with device drivers - installation, updating, and troubleshooting Strong working knowledge on Windows 10 migrations and Upgrade activities knowledge in App-V and MSI technologies Knowledge on Scripting is must to have on Languages like -VBScript, Power Shell, WMI or any others Manage the deployments and patch rollout as needed Maintain Software Deployment and Patch Management solution activities. Good Knowledge in SQL scripting to assist in capacity planning for meeting future Systems Management needs Create reports either through Wizard or direct SQL queries as required to provide metric statistics. Create a Custom Inventory to gather required Information as per the request. Hardware Software Inventory Asset Management Reporting. Ability to quickly ramp up on Microsoft offerings Manage SCCM infrastructure upgrades Site maintenance and core infrastructure management Maintain Notification Server and Symantec Management. Proficient with documentation of standards, knowledgebase articles, how-to, and other operational guides Co-ordinate with team members to ensure adherence to processes. Handle and manage process & people escalations appropriately. Collaborates with offshore / onshore to understand demand requirements for clients. Ensures service measures are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Being flexible with working on off-hours, weekends, and if needed even on holidays.
