  • To be involved in daily Shift operations and extend support towards customer project.
  • Takes end-to-end responsibility for troubleshooting and corrective maintenance of Network, ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution.
  • Meet project specific SLA & OLA requirements.
Responsibility
  • Implement Configuration changes in RAN/BSS elements (Nokia/Huawei nodes)
  • Prepare & provision XML plans through NetAct CM Editor.
  • Rehoming / Recommissioning / Hardware / software parameter changes.
  • Provide Level-2 Support in Radio Fault Management
  • Fault Localization/Correction/Verification* resolution from remote delivery Centre
  • Coordinate with Internal/External Customer/Operations team, in addressing & resolving Network outages.
  • Extend support to L1 engineers wherever required for advance troubleshooting
  • Perform preventive/planned maintenance activities and ensure outages are minimized and activities are carried out/rolled back within maintenance window
  • Adhere to standard procedures & processes (GDC India Fault Management Process or Customer processes as applicable)
2G/3G/ LTE/5G NokiaJob Responsibilities & Competencies
  • Good Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • GSM / WCDMA Architecture & hands on experience in FM troubleshooting/remote support
  • Nokia RAN elements (BSC/RNC/BTS/WBTS/MRBTS/mcRNC/SRAN/MORAN)
  • OSS - NetAct
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of customer technical support role for Nokia RAN (2G/3G/LTE) products.
  • Passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success, in a fast paced, highly technical environment.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent relationship management, customer service and communication skills in variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person.)
  • Excellent in English writing and speaking
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed and articulate when dealing with tough customer situations.
