Job Description

This position is responsible for a self-motivated and talented communications manager to strategize and lead communication activities for JLL s one of legacy client in Banking sector.

  • Communications Manager is an independent role responsible for producing practical strategies and successful implementation of communication campaigns that will promote the new ways of working for large real estate projects of the client.
  • He/ She will be the single point of contact for all workplace communication and engagement related activities and will partner with all primary stakeholders
  • Will be accountable for designing and running all project-related communication channels and engagement channels effectively as per agreed cadence
  • Should function like an internal journalist in various workgroup meetings to see how information /decision can be translated into effective communication and messaging
  • Ensure client satisfaction with Facility/Property Management teams across India sites by providing a seamless interface and demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity.
  • Understand the project scope, timelines, alignment thoroughly to coordinate discussions or meetings thereby facilitating open lines of communication between key stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings/discussions with primary stakeholders and develop workgroups to ensure information flows through seamlessly to mitigate any issues/ risks and help with quick decision-making
  • Responsible for content and design of SharePoint Microsite for the projects and ensure the information is up to date on the site for employee/ stakeholder consumption.
  • Ensure proper project communication governance and compliant communications to fit the brand guidelines of the client
