Job Description

This role will be based out of Chennai, India. Candidates must be able to work a 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Tuesday - Saturday schedule.Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop up to 2 Team Leads into Associate Community Managers
  • Monitor and cultivate team morale
  • Communicate daily and weekly department goals to drive team and individual performance
  • Determine quarterly initiatives for department in partnership with Directors
  • Analyze data to contribute to strategic plan for team to meet and exceed KPI and SLA goals
  • Identify trends and propose product suggestions and improvements
  • Propose internal process changes for improved user experience
  • Collaborate with other departments in regards to product and process improvements
  • Manage and lead team with emotional intelligence
  • Collaborate with other leaders in regards to department performance
  • Interview and screen potential candidates
6-Month Accomplishments
  • Independently handle Disputes queue and escalated cases with efficiency and accuracy - guide team with queue related issues
  • Have thorough understanding of key business metrics and is able to effectively communicate goals to the team
  • Collaborate with other leadership teams to improve department performance
  • Determine quarterly initiatives for department in partnership with Directors
12+ Month Accomplishments:
  • Exhibit mentorship skills - coach and develop Team Leads to step into next level of leadership
  • Share specific strategic plans around goals to support teams success
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in customer service role and 2+years as Manager handling a team of 10-15 people
  • Enthusiastic about community, customer service, and spreading love and kindness
  • Endless patience and a positive attitude with the ability to turn a negative into a positive
  • Competitive by nature; thrives off the success of a team
  • Believes that helping users is crucial to the growth and success of the company
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail
