The Construction Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and reviewing contracts and documentation related to the construction process. They will also collaborate with internal teams, external contractors and vendors as needed, to ensure successful project management and delivery. Other day-to-day tasks include negotiating pricing and schedules, managing timelines and overseeing construction activities.Qualifications Strong engineering and/or construction background Experience in managing contracts and. documentation related to construction projects Experience in negotiation pricing and schedules Ability to manage timelines and construction activities effectively Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Professional certification in engineering or construction management is a plus,
