Diverse minds that work cross- functionally and broadly together.About the roleWhat is expected out of the candidate To perform and lead support actions, SOx and connectors & webservices upgrades with regards to Blackline markets and changes.Take ownership of the assigned Blackline L2/L3 tasks or incidents through to delivery or issue resolution or customer concern, as per the AZ ticketing SOP.Support Blackline tool administration, application environment set up, test case execution, change and release managementDevelop specialist knowledge in relevant system(s), documenting and sharing that knowledge, as required, with global teams.Willingness to learn and upscale the skills, to engage in connected systems related enhancements/ changesBe flexible to work in a blended support/ to get cross-trained, i.e. to learn and work in other similar applications (in parallel) within the line managers remit.Should have a good knowledge in inbound & outbound processes in Blackline, and JV postings logics, Transactional Matching & BSR in the ledger systems like SAP.MANDATORY SKILLS: What are skills / technology candidate needs to have, to perform the roleGood understanding and 2+ years of experience in ITIL framework, organisational change, release management, problem management and incident management.Minimum of 2+ years of technical experience in Blackline application.Experience of supporting application interfaces e.g. application to SAP, SAP-PI, GlobalscapeSolution/result oriented approach and exceptional problem solving/Analytical skills.Clear and Effective communication skills (Written/Verbal).Commendable analytical skills.Experience in resolving Day to Day queries regarding usage of Blackline and related activities.Good knowledge in Blacklines web-services feature and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (API, XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)Experience with SAP (ledger application) as upstream/downstream system.Good experience in the SOx processes and activities.DESIRED SKILLS: What are good to have skills / certifications / technology / domain experience1+ years of experience in providing technical support for applications via the tickets and projects/ enhancements.Exposure to application security.Willingness to Analyse, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment.Openness to facilitate review sessions with senior support engineers, functional owners, authorities and end-user representatives.Experience in any ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Service Center, Remedy , Perigrine etcGood to have but not mandatory:Exposure to SaaS integration tools (e.g., EIB, Studio, Core Connector)Experience in any finance reporting tools.Experience with the SaaS lifecycle (implementations and upgrades).Ability and willingness to develop creative solutions.Knowledge in Agile, LEAN methodologies.Knowledge Automation concepts and toolEDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Any specific Bachelors / masters degree candidate must have.
