    Company: A leading Business ConglomeratePosition: Corporate Legal ExecutiveLocation: ChennaiRole Details:- Drafting and /or Vetting of Agreements / Deeds / Contracts / Legal documents / Legal Notices / Writ Petitions / etc.- Drafting and executing transactional documents and handling of all kinds of litigation for the company- Handling of cases filed under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, NI Act and SARFAESI and Insolvency (incl.,IBC) Acts., etc.- Vetting of title of immovable property - Maintaining MIS- All other connected works of the legal departmentQualification and Experience:- Graduate / Post Graduate in Law in regular stream from a recognized college / university with minimum 50% aggregate marks.- Around 3 to 5 years experience in Corporate, Business & Allied Laws- Communication skills in English and Hindi (Read, Write and Speak)Proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), OutlookOther Attributes:- Self-starter and ability to work under deadlines- Excellent inter personal & Communication SkillsThis job opening was posted long time back.
