Job Description

Immediate Hiring for Fresher !Designation:Customer Relationship Officer.Industry:Banking | Finance.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility.
  • Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power.
  • Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
  • Verify customer details and guide them through the application gateway.
  • Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight.
Job Location:Ambattur, Chennai.Working Days:
  • 6 days of Working and 1 day rotational off
  • Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off
Salary Details (Take Home):
  • Shift- 9AM to 6PM; Salary is INR 15,000/- + Incentives
  • Shift- 9AM to 7PM; Salary is INR.17,500/- + Incentives
Desired Candidates :Education:10th & 3 yrs diploma or 12th Or Any Graduation (with or without backlogs)Mandatory Skills:
  • Good Verbal communication in English& Hindi
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
