This support entails the asset administration, the end-user, technical and production support, some maintenance and evolution, data analytics and reporting, impact analysis and defect follow-up. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities End user supporto Provide technical and functional support to all the WMIS users on the contribution interface or on the portalo Maintain the link with MAP vendor (MEGA) in case of defect escalationo Defect origination, management and follow-upo Follow-up of change/evolution requests Daily administration of the applicationo User enrolmento Data administration : Imports / Exports Data quality follow-up Application KPI follow-up Manual contributiono Production monitoringo Asset backlogs follow-up Maintenance and evolutiono Maintain the functional and technical documentation related to the MAP applicationo Implement enhancements in MAP UI changes Report implementation New fields creation Export/Import of data using GraphQL Development of batch programs to transform/load datao Technical upgrades (OS, middleware or software package) in collaboration with the vendor Contributing Responsibilities Collaboration with the L1 support teamso Collaborate with #Services team to follow up and manage Production defects Contribute with other applications owners for the functional and technical support Contribute to impact analysis on MAP Contribute to MAP functional specifications Application KPI monitoring Production of Ad hoc reports and analytics Technical & Behavioral Competencies Mandatory
• Software engineer
• Development background (java, SQL, Python or equivalent)
• Data Analytics skills

• Knowledge of Mega Hopex or any EA-Enterprise Architecture tool
• Knowledge of Dataiku tool or any data Preparation tool
• Knowledge of GraphQL and REST API
• Knowledge of Windows system administration
