1) Very Strong hold in R or Python (must) 2) Good analytical skill & Database knowledge 3) SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) 4) Experience in handling midsized to large relational databases - Very strong competency in working in Linux / Unix systems 5) Strong understanding of Statistical Analysis , Validation, etc. 6) Strong background in computer science/engineering, math, statistics, physics or any other computationally intense disciplines and possesses working experience in at least one of the following domains: data & text mining, machine learning and information visualisation. 7) Sound knowledge in machine learning techniques like Bayesian, Decision Trees, Neural Networks, etc. 8) Exposure in NLP and text processing techniques 9) Exposure in deep learning techniques with Keras, Tensorflow, etc. 10) Experience in handling Map-reduce or other distributed computing techniques - Experience in handling Image Analysis / Speed Recognition will be significantly preferred - Experience in big data technologies and analytics in any area will be added advantage. 11) Experience in various visualization platforms like Qlik, Tableu, etc. 12) Experience in various ETL tools like Talend Open Studio, RapidMiner, Infomatica, etc. 13) Good track in any competition platforms like Kaggle, etc. will be significantly weighted Funtional Skills 14) Excellent oral, written and computer communication skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 15) Work closely with the Innovations R&D team for conceptualization and PoC development 16) Evaluate external ideas, solutions, products and technologies that could be used to expand Open Source capabilities 17) Candidate should open to learn new open source techonogies and languages 18) Apply unique skills and interests to develop new opportunity domains 19) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.,
