Job Description

    *Responsible for seemless operational delivery for the queue/ region aligned. *To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations. *Support delivery of Client KPIs including customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures *Responsible for career growth, skillset development and performance of all his/her direct report *To have a well-defined Communication and Engagement model in place to ensure all teams understand the performance of the business and also that they understand the needs of their teams *Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a mid level *Should be willing and flexible to do shifts as per operational requirement Qualifications: Graduate and above. 1.
