Job Description

    JD ForDesktop Support Engineer L1-L21.Troubleshooting Desktop / Laptop OS issues.2. Support for office standard software and internet client.3. Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues to respective team.4. Installation / re-installation / configuration of systems, printers, scanners.5. Configure desktop and laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of customer.6. Installation / re-installation / configuration of in-scope client software / applications.7. Installation / configuration /Troubleshooting of e-mail clients8. Troubleshooting printer / scanner related issues (Limited to driver / OS issues/hardware support).9. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues10. Support for local area network issues (LAN), DHCP client11. Install antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates and monitor antivirus from Console12. Disconnection of desktops / laptops / printers / scanners.13. Configure appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers.14. Remove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software provided by customer.15. Manage and maintain CCTV16. Manage and maintain Assets Inventory and periodical update17. Link Monitoring with available tools18.Knowledge on IMAP, POP3 account19.Email Configuration,Thunderbird, Outlook Mailing client configuration Knowledge.20.OS Installation Knowledge - Windows 7/8/10.21. Active Directory, DNS, Dhcp, group policy,server,o36522.
