Job Description

    DevOps EngineerJob Code: DEV13001Base Location: ChennaiDuties / Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc
    • Tasks at work will be a combination of process automation, deployment and troubleshooting software for databases, applications, tools etc
    • The engineer should be highly motivated, able to work independently, work and guide other engineers within and outside the team. The engineer should possess one or more of the following software skills, namely, scripting, Linux, Oracle database, Web Logic, API Platform, Micro-service architecture
    • Proficiency in Java, high traffic/throughput systems, and cloud compute technologies including object storage
    • Experience working with fault tolerant and highly-available distributed systems
    • Knowledge of distributed database systems and messaging systems
    • Hands on experience working with programming languages including: JavaScript, Java, SQL, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python, etc
    • Experience with agile based iterative development and knowledge of software engineering best practices
    • Hands on experience in the cloud native application and mobile application developments
    • Modern CSS, HTML5 website design and development experience
    • SaaS applications (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle SaaS, ServiceNow, etc.) development and integration experience
    • Hands on experience in the JCS, MCS, Chatbots, PCS, ICS and API Platforms
