Do it here.What you ll be doing.Verizon s Cloud Engineering & Enablement team is looking for DevOps and Cloud infrastructure Engineers. You will be playing a key role in Supporting and automating the DevOps platform Tools on Cloud along with enabling self-service, innovative solutions and customer support.Ensuring uptime of the platform for end-users as well as development teams.Reducing manual workload and automate the support process with out of the box thinking.Building infrastructure in public cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc).Participating in design review of new infrastructure, and new product/tool development.Participating in devops tool analysis, creates proof of concept models, and makes recommendations to support the tools selection process.Generating actionable metrics to measure the performance of the infrastructure tools, frameworks and other systems that support the entire engineering and release.Developing automation and orchestration playbooks/scripts.Engaging with vendors on a regular basis to understand product upgrades and new features.Connecting with external devops user community through meetups and forums to understand the best practices and share common solutions that have paved way for user experience.What we re looking for.Youll need to have:
