Ensure positive customer experience which align with HPE s brand identity and messaging framework.Job Level Definitions The Chat Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for understanding the requirements and providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com Chat.Brainstorm with Customers and HPE technical specialists to identify and develop solutions for customer s technological requirements.The Chat Digital Sales Specialist must be an Industry Professional with strong core technical skills to add value to the team.Need to have expert level knowledge and support complete product and solutions of HPE (Enterprise Servers, Storage, CDI & Networking)Responsible for actively driving and managing Pre-Sales process with corporate customers and HPE Product Technical Consultants, must be able to articulate the company s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.Primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role, the consultant will provide technical assistance and guidance during the process by identifying customer s technical requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams.Responsibilities
