Job Description

    Director - Reference Data ManagementOur client is a leading financial institution hiring for Director - Reference Data Management for Investment Banking products is keen on meeting individuals open for lateral move. Some of the key responsibilities will include : - Manage a team of professional into reference data delivery across static data.- Serve as a point of contact for escalations and manage productivity, migrations, automations.- Set up objectives for the team and monitor performance.- Liaise with internal stakeholders and teams and assist them with relevant data.- Support IT teams to run any enhancement/development projects within the team. To be eligible for this role you will require : - 17+ years of experience in reference data management and for capital markets, investment banking or financial institution.- In-depth functional / industry knowledge is required.- Strong experience in change management/project management and lean methodologies.- Strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution.- High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.,
