Job Description

    Job Vacancies across 3 Levels-Director: 7- 10 Years of experience in Direct Tax Compliance.Technical Director: 5- 7 Years of experience in Direct Tax Compliance.Senior Analyst: 1- 3 Years of experience in Direct Tax Compliance.Locations-Director/ Technical Director- PuneSenior Analyst- GurugramJob Responsibilities: Director/ Technical Director :- Expert of the subject and deeper knowledge of other subject lines to initiate / engage in conversation with a client.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be in a position to manage team dynamics as well as understand dynamics at client location.- Important to be an effective delegator and manage the delegated work without compromising on quality.- Having thorough understanding of the clients business and the issues involved;- Building relations with clients preferably at the tax head level. Should be the first point of contact for the client.- Should be in a position to train / develop team members work wise as well as professionally.- Ability to bring innovative solutions to the issues of the client at the time of discussion with Manager / Partner;- To keep updated with case laws and should be in a position to draw ratio of the judgments to the assignment handled;- To understand the requirement of the client and ensure that client timelines are met;- To ideate and initiate the way in which a particular assignment could be handled and meet the client timeliness;- To manage transfer pricing assessments and the tax authorities;- Building larger business opportunities in Transfer Pricing- Providing expert advice on Transfer Pricing laws and regulations- Leading and managing client relationships to ensure seamless execution.- Developing and maintaining wide business networks for the Firm- Developing and managing team performance- Strong technical transfer pricing expertise.Job Responsibilities: Senior Analyst- Understanding of the clients business and the issues involved- Engage in technical research on latest case laws and circulars- To keep updated with case laws and assist senior colleagues in application of the ratio of the judgements in the assignments handled- Personal ownership (responsibility and accountability) for the work and performance- Provide assistance to seniors in pitching for new clients and to support senior colleague in the assignments in a fruitful manner- Ability to learn new skills, share knowledge and experience- Attend external trainings and keep updated with the latest developments ensure that the risk and other policies are being adhered to.Additional Information :Skills:- Strong analytical ability- Excellent communication and presentation skills as these are client facing roles- Client relationship management- Ability to manage dynamic teams- Experience in Litigation will be an advantage- Experience in both compliance and advisory.Required Qualification :Professional degree - CA/CWASalary offered: 9-25LPA,
