Job Description

    *Job Content: Digitalization
    • Strategically envisage the digital needs of internal CS functions in both HQ, field, and end customer & create the digital road map
    • Drive the development of the various applications with all relevant stake holders by adhering to the stipulated budget and timelines
    • Manage smooth functioning of existing applications/apps and ensure maximum utilization at field level.
    • Build strategies to increase the adoption levels of various applications internally and with end customers
    • Drive Special Projects Data Analytics based Parts digitalization project covering Parts potential, penetration, pricing & supply chain ensuring timely delivery of the deliverables and smoother deployment at dealer locations
    • Be the Digital Champion representing CS in various digitalization forums.
    • Evaluate vendors along with IT team for all digital projects
    • Estimate budget needs for the function.
    • Conceptualizing and rolling out CS digital campaigns for Customer Satisfaction and Revenue Enhancements.
    CS Excellence Initiatives
    • Conceptualize, plan and drive implementation of excellence initiatives along with different sub-functions of Customer Service.
    • Drive and review the Excellence initiatives within the CS Functions on a fortnightly/monthly basis
    • Project management for timely implementation of initiatives under Sales boosting special Projects
    • Devise Cost Excellence strategies along with Procurement to achieve targeted cost reduction of AS parts.
    • Drive the DTA One CS Excellence work package initiatives and report to DTA on regular basis.
    • Monthly steering and reporting of CS areas in the Management Reviews
    • Drive Parts & Service marketing & communication strategy
    • Monitor CS departmental budget spent & drive for the on time utilization.
    , *Graduate Engineer (PGDM/MBA preferred) with 15-18 yrs. experience having good understanding of Commercial vehicle Customer Services Processes, Service HQ operations, Project Management, Aftersales and Parts processes, analytical skills, cross functional abilities and strong inclination towards digitalization and cost excellence topics.
