You will handle Sales & Business Development of Gastro & Multispeciality Segment based at Chennai or Bangalore HQ, covering Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABMs & MRs. And achieving high PCPM and target achievement. You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force. Desired Candidate Profile - Graduate 12-15 years in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Third Line Manager (3rd Line Manager ) handling Gastro & Multispeciality Segment based at Chennai or Bangalore HQ, covering Tamil Nadu or Karnataka .You should be good in Man Management & Business Development .You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
