Job Description

.Net Development Lead with 3-5 Years of experience in programming and should be able to lead a team of minimum 3 people. He/She,Must have:

  • Experience in implementing and supporting end-to-end software development following best practices.
  • Experience in developing .NET / C# based windows applications and/or libraries.
  • Experience in developing Web scrapping/crawling using libraries like Selenium web driver.
  • Experience in working on automation/testing libraries like Selenium etc., Experience in Python-based automation libraries like TagUI, etc. is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Git-based code repository management
  • Understanding of communication protocols like HTTP REST
  • Understanding of HTML DOM, JS, and XHR.
  • Good business communication skills & client-facing skills
  • Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged
  • Technical skill and experience to write and maintain coding standards for any of the programming knowledge, liaising with the global team

  • Design thinking + Agile development
  • GitOps experience is an added advantage
You will be given the followingResponsibility in BeezLabs:
  1. Responsible for innovation and end-to-end management of deliverables
  2. Collaborate with partners and customers to drive your deliverables and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
  3. Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including user experience, engineering, and user enablement
  4. Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, define priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  5. Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  6. Translates roadmap features into well-defined requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
  7. Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog and balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
