Roles and responsibilitiesManaging the P&L - Delivering sales & profitability- Driving and achieving annual business plan of online sales across own website, online grocery partners / marketplaces and online delivery partners- Develop and execute channel specific product launch strategy for online- Manage end to end process - Coordinate with cross functional departments to ensure smooth execution of all steps from order generation to delivery and cash collections- Drive alliances with channel partners to synergise products and servicesMarketing and product strategy- Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget- Measure and improve ROIs, CPC, CAC, CPTs - analyse digital marketing analytics reports and devise strategies to improve key online metrics- Design and manage the performance marketing and SEO activities to drive online traffic to own website- Developing and managing digital marketing campaign to improve ROIs by utilizing a range of techniques including paid search and SEO.- Manage performance marketing on marketplaces / platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket. to improve sales in respective platforms- Oversee the social media strategy for the company- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness- Manage the own website user interface and other IT activities- Improve customer Service & user experience own website and other online delivery channels- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the own website.- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.- Devising strategies to drive user experience on the website.- Analyze and manage customer service feedback- Lead the Customer Relation Management (CRM) initiatives and loyalty program- Retain and increase enrollment to the Loyalty Program- Devising offerings to the Loyalty customer for their sustained excitement- Lead and Database management of the Online and Loyalty CustomersPreferred skills:- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, SEO and B2C E Commerce platform management- Deep understanding of managing B2C sales in dedicated E Commerce portal and online marketplace platforms, digital marketing and SEO activities- Analytical and detail oriented - Competent to perform data analytics and drive insights to continuously improve online B2C sales performance - Ability to manage multiple teams (IT, digital marketing, sales operations.)Soft Skills:- Self-motivated and flexible.- Results oriented - Drive for Results- Quick and data backed decision making skills- People person - Influence team to drive the overall vision and seamlessly coordinate with supporting functions- Process driven- Strategic thinking - ability to visualize long term vision for the company and breakdown into smaller building blocks for the team to execute the overall vision,
