e-LEARNING DEVELOPER SUMMARY: Provides Course Content Design Development while working closely with clients to conceptualize, design, and develop highly interactive learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions) that target learning objectives and improve performance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Provides program and course design and development.Assists with Diagnostic and Analysis projects and the creation of High Level scoping documents.Writes course design documents, learning objectives, course content, scenarios, media scripts, practice activities, and assessments.Assists with Alpha, Beta, and Pilot tests or other course formative evaluations.
