Engineering & Business Service Center > COO Engineering Services > Manufacturing QualityCOO Engineering Services is an engineering hub in Assembly, Generator, Towers and Controls manufacturing value chain with expertise in engineering data analysis, technical documentation, product/ process quality control, business process, tooling design, test systems, Enterprise Asset Management, Product Data management and Engineering change management which would support Vestas global strategies through process optimisation, production support, test validation, cost control and E2E change management.   • Maintain and optimize QDA & NC system
  • Continue to improve quality (Accountable for process quality indicators performance and analysis)
  • Product NC handling (Accountable for Q tools/ quality documents in process)
  • Responsible for a systematic approach to problem solving by applying tools as 8D, DMAIC/Six Sigma, 5 Why, PFMEA, PDCA, etc., where reporting is a central part of the daily work
  • Responsible for performance and cycle time analysis, Engineering data reporting
  • Technical support for internal and external Non-Conformity quality handling
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have a good technical education (Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical)
  • At least 3-5 years experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing position for example customer service or technical support
  • Familiarity with rotating machinery, plant, processes or systems would be desirable. (wind turbines knowledge not mandatory)
  • Production documentation
  • Problem solving using quality tools/ closed loop quality methods
  • Project handling/ management exposure
