Job Description

Definition of Test equipments for material testing
Implementation of Inspection Standards for Castings, Forged, Welded & Heat treated parts, etc.

Incoming Inspection of Casting, Forged, Welded & Heat treated parts based on the request given by external department and review the drawing for material testing
Periodic cleaning, maintenance & calibration of test equipments
Maintain 5 S system in Laboratory
Preparation of Material Test Report for the tested parts
Lab Consumables tracking & ordering
Sustainance ISO/IEC 17025, IATF, QMS & EHS certification
Maintain Log sheet for receiving parts and update records for documentation
Prepare Work instructions & Histroy card for Material Test equipments
Filing & documentation work for laboratory To perform the testing & or calibration
To monitor the calibration and or testing activity as per plan
To plan and calibrate equipment used for calibration, tests etc.
To maintain the lab equipment in good and proper working condition
To maintain the required environmental condition
To maintain current version of National and International standards for testing and or calibration activity
