Job Description

    With your knowledge of Agile frameworks you will assist Scrum Master in ensuring scrum framework values and agile practices are followed. You will be closely involved in the tracking and reporting of project updates and progress that will ensure effective and successful implementation and adherence to Agile frameworks. To be successful in this role, you should have exposure to agile practices, excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
    • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
    • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
    • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
    • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
    • Tracking project processes, deliverables
    What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
    • Bachelor s degree or one or more years of work experience.
    • Knowledge of Agile frameworks
    • Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
    • Knowledge of Scrum framework.
    Even better if you have:
    • Good servant leadership skills.
    • Familiarity with software development
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Certified scrum master and knowledge of SaFE Agile
    • Excellent people and project management skills.
    • Excellent knowledge in Agile program ManagementTools
