    • Working with technical teams to develop solutions and make decisions that impact projects and staff members.
    • Applying expert knowledge in design/ developing technical applications and assignments.
    • Interacting with business-clients for business-requirements, demand-capacity management, work-prioritization, and ensures to deliver on the business and customer expectations with high-quality services.
    • Interacting with onshore peers to discuss existing programs and upcoming programs.
    • Coordinating assignments with other Business and IT stakeholders.
    • Leading by example with taking accountability and ownership of any deliverables & ready to take new challenges and risks to lead the team towards strong results.
    What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
    • Bachelor s degree or four years or more years of work experience.
    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Experience developing web applications.
    • Four or more years of experience in Java/J2EE, Springboot,Microservices,Angular/React UI Technologies, Oracle PL/SQL.
    Even better if you have one or more of the following:
    • Experience with Java/ J2EE, Spring boot, Spring Reactive, WebLogic, Oracle, XML, Solaris and PL/SQL.
    • Four or more years of experience in Java/J2EE development projects.
    • Four or more years of experience with Microservices, Java Webservices (Restful and SOAP), SOA Architecture and strong in XML.
    • Experience in Microservice Architecture and hands-on experience in implementation of the Microservices.
    • Knowledge of TM Forum standards.
    • Experience in working on Dev-Ops based projects and Dev Ops tools like Jenkins, GIT, JIRA, HP Fortify and Sonarcube etc.
    • Experience in Analytics Platforms like Elastic Search, Kibana, Apache Spark and Splunk.
    • Experience in working on Agile methodologies like SCRUM.
