Job Description

    Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical, Production, Mechanical, or related fields.An MBA from a top-tier business school (often referred to as Tier-1 B-school).Professional Experience:JAPANESE BILINGUAL MANDATORY9-18 years in consulting within the Chemical industry, ORA combination of 5-9 years in the Chemical industry and 5-9 years in consulting.Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with industry-specific business processes, the chemical value chain, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Technical Proficiency:Exposure to enterprise solutions like SAP.Knowledge of business tools such as optimization tools and inventory management solutions.SAP Expertise:Deep understanding of one or more SAP modules, including SAP-PM, SAP-SD, and others.Digital Transformation Experience:Preferably, a track record of successfully delivering digital transformation projects.Experience in creating business cases and transformation roadmaps, especially for S/4 and other digital transformation initiatives in the chemical sector.Operational Insight:Exposure to operational reporting and an understanding of industry challenges is beneficial.Global Business Acumen:A global perspective and a comprehensive understanding of the international business marketplace.Programming Skills:Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL is seen as an added advantage.In summary, the role demands a combination of industry-specific education, extensive consulting or industry experience, technical expertise in SAP and digital transformations, and a global business perspective.
