Roles and Responsibilities1)To check the availability of the room according to the bed category and inform HK for clearance of the room.2)To receive patients with admission slip from the doctors. (Check for Referral doctor, Length of stay and deposit) and check the details.3)To allot rooms as per patients choice and availability.To hand over the admission guidelines to the patient.Advance booking to be done for patients who have come in for later admission after confirming category of the room.4)To request the patients to make a call before their arrival.To provide information regarding the payment of the Initial Deposit / Package .To provide attendants pass to the patients relative.5)To confirm with the housekeeping and wards regarding the readiness of the room before sending the patient. To check the credit letter from the patient and to give acknowledgement for the same and to co-ordinate with the Corporate Desk in this regard.6)In case of VIP patients, to receive and accompany them to the Ward, and to ensure thatSticker is attached to the admission folder/form.To inform about the VIP admission to Housekeeping, F&B, Security.7)Depending upon the nature of illness and category requested, the patients are shifted from ICU/ICCU/ Emergency to wards.To co-ordinate with patient relatives for change of room/double occupancy and brief them about the status on daily basis. To ensure general cleanliness of the Admission counter.8)To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.To be aware of departments performance and objectives.To carryout data collection/support in data collection.9)To adhere to the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.To receive the ICUs Pass from the attenders during change of Bed tariff.Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate / Post GraduateFresher- 2+ years of relevant experienceKnowledge of Computer ( MS Office),
