  • Perform all upstream activities starting from assembly preparation, Media preparation, Vial thaw, Feed preparation and filtration, Bioreactor operations to Batch harvest. Monitoring and process control of specific operations of Upstream.
  • Monitoring and process control of specific operations.
  • Compliance to current Good manufacturing practices.
  • Maintenance of quality records.
  • Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Operational control procedures.
  • Traceability from raw materials to finished product.
  • In-process product sampling, analysis and storage.
  • Preparation and review of Operations related documents.
  • Coordinate with QA for line clearance.
  • LNS system monitoring and LN2 tank filling.
  • Follow good aseptic behavior inside the BMP1 facility.
  • Maintaining the process areas all time ready for inspection/audits.
  • Possess the knowledge and exposure to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices.
  • Follow Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
  • Attend training on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS)
