Job Description

    Study global markets for aftermarket opportunities for Indian built vehicles exported globally. Travel and build new customer relationships. Market and sell products through traditional and digital means. Develop and execute market penetration strategies to build and maintain market share. Build and maintain positive brand image of Kapico products and the business reputation. Assist in timely realization of receivables as per sales contract terms. Study sales history or market potential and develop sales forecast to support purchase & inventory management. Measure and report customer fill rates and customer satisfaction. Warranty analysis and claim from customers. Liaise with sales team, read product bulletins regularly to identify new item requirements and obsolete items to be liquidated. Be accountable for KPIs and Governance policies.
