Job Description

    - Provides operational support for activities associated with all phases of transaction processing, Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions, allocates and delegates tasks amongst analysts, regularly reviews the work of other team members. - Quality audit on accounts - Interacts with customers and internal departments to resolve issues - Identifies opportunities for improvement; recommends possible training opportunities. - Adapts team priorities to respond to customer and business partner needs. - Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. - Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information for small businesses (accountancy)- Review the process automation and interact with IT/automation team to implement - Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve key milestones in the project - Identify and resolve both regular and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members - Knowledge on Six Sigma and its tools to improvise the processes, along with handling of projects - Counsel clients on areas of business improvement, or dealing with insolvency, detect and prevent fraud (forensic accounting)Job Segment: Six Sigma, Management ,
