Job Description

    MNC offering customer experience solutions looking for a Operations Finance Manager who will report into the COO and lead the Ops team to deliver superior analysis of financial and operational goals/metrics. Role and Responsibilities:- Responsible for increasing profitability by identifying operational gaps in both current delivery processes and internal workflow leakages- Liaise with stakeholders from Customer Success, Workforce Management, and Learning and Delivery Teams to ideate and lead initiatives aimed at plugging gaps- Lead standardization of data management and interpretation practices to drive proactive data-backed decision making- Drive productivity and efficiency- Identify metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing risk- Apply analytics & models to deliver business function insights & operational improvements- Support finance partners in the implementation of models, development of ongoing measurement, tracking performance versus expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions- Financial Analysis to profitability.- Benefit of work from homeRequired Skills and Qualifications:- 5-9+ year in BPO Operations industry- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate operational processes are being used- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, utilizing power pivot, macros, etc.- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment and manage multiple competing priorities- Excellent analytical skills and ability to problem solve, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.- Person that strives to do business smarter and faster- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Must possess personal & professional integrity,
