This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.Job DescriptionTechnical SME - FSD

  • Overall technical support and troubleshooting for LTE eNB /NR gNB (BBU and RRH) especially in fault management phase
  • Design, setup, preparation and configuration support for multi vendors
  • Expertise knowledge in 3G , 4G technologies and Intermittent Skillset in 5G
  • Expertise in Passive Infra in cell site, ( DG, Mains, AC, Battery and Power Plant)
  • Very good Knowledge in RAN related hardware s and installation procedure
  • Strong base on 3G, 4G & 5G Call flow with interface and layers
  • Good Understanding on site connectivity between X- domains (IP , core and TXMN)
  • Expertise on Infra alarms handling and configuration ,
  • Adequate experience in Filed support and hardware alignment procedures
  • Good knowledge on Netact tools (CM editor , Ops manager, ENM, cloud client)
  • Good understanding on HW and SW acceptance procedures
  • Automations Knowledge.
  • Intermediate knowledge on SW upgrade procedures for multi-vendor RAN nodes
  • Very good communication skills to interact with customers
  • Basic understanding on IM , PM & CM functions
  • Experiance in Field Maintenance related activities
