  • Customer support experience in projects involving RAN (2G,3G,LTE/5G)
  • LTE Flexi Multiradio LTE BTS, IoMS, Features: RF Sharing, Vo LTE, VI LTE
  • Fault Management on LTE,2G/3G technology/product
  • Fault Management on WCDMA NOKIA products - RNC, mcRNC, WBTS,OMS etc.
  • Experience in WCDMA and GSM products are additional advantage.
  • GSM: Multicontroller BSC, Flexi BSC & Base Stations, SBTS WCDMA:WCDMA Base Stations, Radio Network Controllers (RNC),Multicontroller RNC,RNC2600
  • Strong Knowledge on LTE, 2G/3G.
  • Strong Knowledge in Small cell/ FZC.
  • Commissioning for eNodeB with different configurations.
  • RF Sharing with different configurations.
  • Good/practical / field expertise on NOKIA Products on 2G,3G & LTE/SRAN
  • Handling Fault situations/troubleshooting at very good level
  • Good expert in handling NOKIA products on 2G BSCs, 3G RNCs & BTS/NODEB
  • Good expert in handling NOKIA products on LTE-eNODEB/SRAN/c-RF sharing
  • Coordination with Care Tier 2/3 experts for case handling/Log collection and execution of task advised by Tier 2/3 team
  • Raising EME to care/Helpdesk and support for activity suggested for EME restoration
  • Network Health Check-Up
  • In-Depth knowledge on 2G/3G/LTE technology KPI s
  • In depth knowledge on Radio Technologies (2G,3G and LTE)
  • Excellent understanding of field issues and troubleshooting methods
  • Knowledge on Multi-Vendor Radio products is a plus
  • Provide 24X7 support to global customers
  • Serve as a point of contact on customer escalations and ensure customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible
  • Adhere to Process and SLA s defined by customer

  • 6+ years of customer technical support role for Nokia RAN (2G/3G/LTE) products.
  • Passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success, in a fast paced, highly technical environment.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent relationship management, customer service and communication skills in variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person.)
  • Excellent in English writing and speaking
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed and articulate when dealing with tough customer situations.
