What you will learn and contribute to This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a high level of support. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels and serving the customer independently directly or through customer interface. The position is assigned to work with troubleshooting/configuration of Core network (2G/3G/4G/5G). Act on network and relevant equipment problems escalated from the surveillance function. It is the responsibility of the Engineer to solve and correct service and network problems according to agreed timing and standard set, to detect and highlight network deficiencies and to some extent predict future degradations.The critical role requires in-depth understanding of the roaming call flow and various configuration changes required to allow / block roaming towards various operators and Carrier partners. Quick troubleshooting of customer complaints involving multi-vendor nodes and domains.Are you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:
    • Good Understanding of the Call flows (2G-3G-Volte) especially in the roaming scenario
    • Hands on Experience on the Roaming related configurations (PLMN Creation in MSS Changes on the HLR/HSS/DDE and STP)
    • General Understanding of the Interconnects and Carrier functionalities
    • Net number STP FW knowledge (Added advantage)
    • Flexible and ready to work on Extended shifts especially during special Events
    • Attending Governance calls with Carrier partners for various optimizations
    • Analysis of Network Performance of many Operators of different countries using Global Facts, SIGOS etc. and checking MOS value and http rate in SIGOS for top roaming operators.
    • Performing tests using SIGOS probe and troubleshooting the same with the assistance of Roaming Partner
    • Launching different types of services by performing change in MSS & NT-HLR, MME-SGSN Providing assistance to third parties like Syniverse and VRS in troubleshooting the test cases.
    • Co-ordinating with GRX providers & PS team for advertising the IPs that are required for LTE Roaming.
    • Orchestration and automation of all software and configurations development lifecycle processes
    • Automated event recovery, monitoring and anomaly detection
    • Automation of build and deploy process, application asset management, Software Configuration Management (SCM)
    • Automated creation of environment, dynamic scaling, drift detection and remediation
    • Overall responsibility: Responsible for configuration, testing and operation of Nokia IMS and VoLTE
    • Supports end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets
    • Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages ,Liaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults
    • Corrective Maintenance (centralized routines) *
    • Monitor overall system performance using system performance and diagnostic tools and dashboards
    • Capability to learn and adapt to new tools - de bug problems and adhere to SLAs.
    Also
    • Responsible for Administration, Configuration, testing and operation of Nokia IMS and VoLTE
    • (SDM,STP,SPS,CSCF, oTAS, MRF, PCRF).Coordination of implementation and installing of IMS & VoLTE provide support by problem solving
    • Responsible for any SW upgrades / Updates.
    • Preparing and adapting of service catalogue, templates and application models
    • Responsible for review of technical studies and design proposals for IMS & VoLTE
    • Communication and cooperation with 3rd parties/ vendors
    • Participate on solving and eliminating of ops issues (incl. Ticket sending)
    • Monitoring/tracking performance of systems (KPI), dimensioning, and capacity planning regarding future needs proposals for cost efficiency in terms of operation improvements.
    • Responsible for preparation and administration of the technical documentation
    • Performance report of Nokia IMS and VoLTE such (SDM,STP,SPS,CSCF, oTAS, MRF, PCRF).
    • Understanding E2E customer requirement and works towards achieving 100% output with good quality
    • Hand over and activity sheet preparation
    • Trouble ticket handling within SLA/OLA
    • MOP preparation for the activities and new learnings
    • Customer Issue handling
    • Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node / system
    • Emergency Handling and chronology preparation
    • Coordinating with care team for handling resolved cases
    • Interfacing with other Technical Teams
    • Coordinating with Circle team if onsite support required
    • Responsible for performing HCs and Proactive maintenance for all nodes
    Your skills and experience You have:Bachelor in Electronic and communication or equivalent.
