    • Need Excellent Communication skills.
    • Good Knowledge in Customer Handling.
    • Candidate needs to be ok with Night shift.
    • Immediate joiner would be preferred.
    Salary -30000 InHand + Huge Incentive upto 1 LacShift -Only Night shift (US Shift Timing)Notice period:Only immediate joinersQualification -Graduation/ Class 10+2 / Class 10+3yrs Diploma (any stream)
    • 0 to 3 Years of experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
    • Fresherswith excellent communication can also be considered.
    • Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation)
    • Candidate should be strong in Researching Skills (internet)
    • Preferably Immediate joiners.
    Key job responsibilities
    • Talks to customers over the phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
    • Maintains and updates customer information as necessary.
    • Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
    • Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate.
