Do it here.What you ll be doing.You ll be leading multiple software engineering teams internally and externally to design and develop complex software architecture for our machine-to-machine Management Center platform. This single, scalable system enables our customers to access one of the largest globally integrated networks. Your work will help us to stay at the forefront of technology and positively impact the customer experience.

  • Leading the product delivery by providing a clear roadmap, plan, dependencies and challenges.
  • Ensuring the top quality for all business deliverables. Find more opportunities of automation on every aspect
  • Developing the next generation leadership and have a healthy structure.
  • Developing a metric based culture and ensure the team has the right metrics to measure the progress and success.
  • Working in a vendor based delivery model. Coordinate with vendor, share the right requirements and expectations. Ensure the timely delivery.
  • Working in Agile environment, identify the impediments team facing and solve them
  • Developing and build trust with all stakeholders to build a healthy work environment.
What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Hands on experience in leading product development, Automation, Good understanding on DevOps and Agile practices.
  • Strong experience in React and Java technologies.
  • Working experience in Agile based delivery environment. SaFE experience.
  • Strong experience in leading and managing teams by delivering products.
Even better if you have:
  • Good understanding of functional automation tools and good thought process on quality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of architecture, design and ability to guide the team
  • Good understanding of security concepts, ideas to implement vulnerable free code.
  • Knowledge in understanding of network elements, network concepts.
  • Experience in Deveops , AWS. Experience in Docker/K8s.
