Position will be based in Chennai, India and have a global responsibility leading the market strategy in line with the global business VP, also based in this location.
This role will act as a right - hand person to many key stakeholders globally, including the CHRO, and will be key in creating a sustainable and high growth go to market business. As a key leader in the global business there will be close partnering with the entire HR group leadership team. It is a broad role requiring smart leadership and the ability to align the business requirements in creating a vision to advance the people agenda to the next stage. There will also be a strong need to initiate and manage change while overcoming the numerous challenges of the high growth environment.
