Our client is a global leader in EdTech(higher education) in the areas such as Data Science, AIML, Digital, Cyber Secutiry, cloud computing etc. For their expansion plan in India the are looking for GM/DGM - Channel Sales ( EdTech-Higher Education)Key Responsibilities:- Materially expand the channel partner network in the allocated territory for all products in portfolio & rapidly expand to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives assigned for this channel1. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations2. Set up processes including training etc. at Partners end to position them for success with products3. -Create robust Partner Management processes to ensure that the partners are highly engaged & productive4. Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.5. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.6. Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.7. Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement8. Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.9. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements10. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts/territories.11.
