SirionLabs is a 550+ people company with 7 offices globally.Job Role: Hardware EngineerWork Location: GurgaonYears of Experience required: 2-3 yearsResponsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the production of computer hardware equipment.
  • Test and re-test parts to ensure they work properly.
  • Identify and isolate defects.
  • Design and develop the software systems that control computers.
  • Collaborating with software developers to ensure the hardware functions for its intended purpose
  • Should have experience in End user L1 helpdesk support
  • Experience in Hardware troubleshooting- Laptop/Desktop/Printers etc.
  • Well versed in Trouble ticket management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in computer engineering or computer science.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work closely with the software development team.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to see potential problems in a system setup.
  • Attention to detail.
