Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and scenario planning. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management and external stakeholders. Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Manage and optimize the companys capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to support business growth. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the companys financial stability. Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring tax efficiency and minimizing the companys tax liability. Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations on capital allocation Build and manage a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes to support efficient and accurate financial operations. Communicate financial performance and insights to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CA, CMA & CPA is a plus. Minimum of 7 to 12 years experience. Proven experience as a finance leader, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Strategic thinking and the ability to drive financial initiatives.
