Lead international budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts to support decision-making and drive profitability. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. Manage foreign currency exposure and mitigate currency-related risks through hedging strategies. Ensure compliance with international tax laws, optimize tax structures, and minimize the companys global tax liability. Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies to optimize profits and ensure compliance with international tax regulations. Monitor and manage international cash flows, including repatriation of funds, to support liquidity and working capital needs. Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes to standardize and streamline international financial operations. Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management, the board of directors, and international stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage financial risks associated with international operations. Build and lead a global finance team, fostering collaboration and professional development.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CA, CMA & CPA is a plus. Minimum of 7 to 12 years experience. Proven experience as a finance leader with a focus on international finance and accounting. In-depth knowledge of international financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a global perspective. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for international collaboration. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment. Strategic thinking and the ability to drive financial initiatives on a global scale.
