As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading and managing the product development process, from conceptualization to launch. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong technical expertise, and excellent teamwork skills. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is a full-time. position.Qualifications And Skills A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role in the packaging industry Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills Proven experience in product management, including product ideation, development, and launch Excellent leadership and team management abilities Ability to identify and understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements Knowledge of die cutting and foil stamping processes Mechanical engineering background is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skillsRoles And Responsibilities Lead and manage the product development process, from conceptualization to launch Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create a roadmap Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends Define product vision, strategy, and goals and ensure alignment with company objectives Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team and resolve any product-related issues Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation Build and manage a high-performing product team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation,
