Glass Industry and Saintary ware /Ceramic Industry they are prefer
Will be responsible for 4 Vitrous China (Ceramics Plants) in India and reporting to the Deputy Managing Director of The company
To handle entire production activities of the plants directly.
To be responsible for cost, quality and timely delivery of products.
100% compliance of budgeted production with budgeted manpower.
To be responsible for budgeted manpower control.
Responsible for implementation of Kaizen way of working
Responsible for Legal Compliances of the Factory
Responsible for connecting with External Stakeholders and build relationships
Responsible for executing the investment plan without deviations
Responsible for the development of new products within the time frame stipulated
