Job Description

    - Lead a group of Product Managers & Designers- Strategic planning and management of the entire product/platform portfolio- Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy, and roadmap, to establish the company as a Leading Financial solution/services provider in the areas of RTA (Registrar & Transfer agent) in the Mutual Fund Industry, Central Record Keeping Agency for Pensions, Account aggregator eco-system, and in any new areas company ventures into. - Closely works with Business teams in defining the roadmap for the product/platform. Prioritizes the features based on the business and market needs.- Closely works with Regulators, industry bodies, & customers for enriching the platform.- Will be responsible for enhancing the existing platform and keeping it in line with the changing regulatory and business needs.- Will be responsible for leading the product development and the re architecture of the MF Platform - Will be responsible for integrating AI & Analytics into products/platforms- Will own the product development of digital assets of the company- Will work closely with business team to ensure SLAs committed to customers- Will be responsible for mitigating risks through ensuring necessary systemic controls in the product/platform.Requirements:- At least 15-20 years of experience in the field of software, product management in the BFSI sector.- Should have worked in a regulated environment to understand the regulatory requirements.- Experience in building SaaS (Software as Service)/cloud native products/platforms- Experience in integrating AI & Analytics into products/platformsEducation: MBA from premier Business school,
