    Designation:- Branch SupervisorExperience:- 3-5 YearsSalary- 20- 25k PMLocation:- ChennaiJob Descriptionl Responsible for assisting BM with End-to-End Branch Managementll Achieve the shared budgeted revenue and profitability targets withl the BM of the branch location.ll Actively assisting in Increase of sales in all areas of income asl budgeted for thebranch in the areall Development of branch network in the given area in coordinationl with the BMll Maintain relationship with the existing clients, collate feedback andl share with BM and Sales Manager (HO)ll Ensure timely collections of revenue; reduce number of existingl debtors in the given area.l Maintain office decorum and discipline at the branch location.ll Assisting BM in ensuring timely (daily/weekly and monthly) MISl preparation and reporting to All India Operations Manager (HO).l Compliance to company and statutory policy.l Ensure adherence to the compliance related matters.ll Managing other staff at the branch in terms of performance andl discipline in absence of the BMl Assist BM developing and implementing Business Development plansl Achieving Targets self and Branch Targetsl Visits to Institutions/Clients/l Driving and achieving Salesl Ensure timely Collectionsl Ensure timely Claimsl Supervise Purchase in coordination with BMl Supervise Inventory managementl Retention of staffl Attendance of the Branchl Over all Branch Administration in absence of the BMl Punctuality of Staffl Team Workingl Branch Motivationl New Business Opportunitiesl Reporting to HOl Assit BM in Legal activities for the Branchll Ensure GSDP protocols are adhered to and coordinate with the GSDPl Executive at (HO)l Ensuring Branch Efficiencyl Equal responsibility of Profitability along with BMll Ensuring uptodate functioning of IT and other systems &l Infrastructure,
