Job Description

    12 Job Description Responsible for managing pipeline of loans and supporting the processing/Closing Should be able to identify priority loans & work on them based on TAT Validate loan information Exposures in Credit, and collateral reviews Exposures in mortgage loan documents Work with onshore processor on follow ups needed with the borrower and 3rd parties Ensure receipt of all open conditions and package to underwriter for decision making Validate required info screens; and updating required information Work on the files as per the guidelines provided by client. 13 Any Other Remarks We operating 24/7 shift 14 Hiring /Contractor or Retainer WIPRO BPS 15 Shift(Rotational/General) Should be open to work in any shift 16 Notice Period Immediate Joining 17 No of days working 5 Days 18 Security Roles &Responsibilities Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System. Ensure subordinates are aware of Company policies, in particular those on Information Security. Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work. Ensure Process adheres to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work. Ensure adherence to the Contractual Requirements of the Process/Function. Encourage all subordinates to Report Security Incidents. Ensure Compliance and Security Trainings for subordinates are conducted periodically. Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations Monitor Compliance adherence and ensure a monthly review of status Facilitate Regular Audits to detect any compliance or contractual breaches and encourage continuous improvements. Ensure Risk assessment is conducted for the process at the start of Operations and on any major change taking place. Review Risk Assessment document and implement mitigations strategies.
