Nokia s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise. Fixed Networks (FN) business group provides an array of gigabit to the home solutions to deliver data access to our communication service provider (CSP) customers. This includes Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) as well as 5G fixed wireless access (FWA), xDSL and cable upgrades. We build solutions that don t stop at the home but also bring that gigabit experience into the home using our meshed Wi-Fi solution. The Nokia Wifi Business Line delivers Wifi Beacons along with Cloud based Mesh solution. All Beacons are controlled via Nokia Wifi App. We can manage our homes connectivity via Nokia WiFi Cloud solution powered by Cloud controller hosted in public and private cloud to optimise the WiFi at home. • Customer specification and requirement analysis together with product manager and product architecture
• Software design and implementation according to product and technical specification
• Embedded Linux software development for device application , network management and Network protocols , layer 2/3 data forwarding , WLAN application , etc.
• Responsible for continuous software module refactoring and architecture evolution
• Analysing, debugging and fixing customer issues. Doing Root Cause Analysis and defining and implementing preventive actions.
Your skills and experience
• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science , Electronic Engineering, Telecom or equivalent
• Good knowledge in software design and development, well understanding the embedded Linux and OPENWRT system
• Proficient in C/C++ and Script programming languages
• Development experience in Linux device application , network management and Network protocols
• Development experience in Network layer 2/3 data forwarding development
• Experience in 802.11 specifications or other wireless technologies (NR/LTE/ Zigbee / Zwave /BT) is preferred
• Experience in IOT framework and specification is preferred
• Fluency in technical writing and communication skills
