Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Understanding testing principles and practices Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases Able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams Ability to work to tight deadlines Should have functional Specification Analysis Experience Work in close co-ordination with functional test team to Analyze test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements. Closely work with Dev teams/BA to resolve technical & business issues and to develop a good understanding of the project and testing objectives. Must have good analytical skills.
